Updating Gnome to the newest version

Hello all,
I have asked this same question, but regarding KDE; How do you update to the newest version of Gnome 2.4.1?

Do I just download all the files in the 2.4.1 folder, and install them?

Thanks

Shadzilla

Hi!

Garnome is the way to go, IMHO. It does it all for you. You are, however, compiling the whole thing from source, so you need vast amounts of free disk space.

Be sure to check whether they already have the newest version, if Gnome 2.4.1 is very new (I haven't checked)
