What is the best program for watching TV in suse 10?
How do you confiruge it?

Kaffeine.

there is a guide for setting it up on suse 10 Here. however it is written for hauppauge win-tv nova-t TV cards, but it may just be a slight difference for your card.

Kaffeine download page. the latest is currently kaffeine-0.7.1.

...although, as far as i remember, its in suse 10's packages already (only tried the eval version).
