Trouble Installing Audacious on Ubuntu 11.04

I've put this under software because that seemed most appropriate, although I am very much a newbie to all this.

Been trying to get audacious-3.0.2 installed on my Ubuntu 11.04 machine. I've installed a lot of packages and stuff to get to this point but now google can't get me much further.

The following is the output I get from sudo make install:

Code:
Successfully installed audacious.pc.

Successfully installed audclient.pc.

Successfully installed audacious.desktop.

Entering directory src.

Entering directory libeggsmclient.

Leaving directory libeggsmclient.

Entering directory libaudcore.

Successfully installed libaudcore.so.

Successfully installed audio.h.

Successfully installed audstrings.h.

Successfully installed eventqueue.h.

Successfully installed hook.h.

Successfully installed index.h.

Successfully installed stringpool.h.

Successfully installed tuple.h.

Successfully installed tuple_compiler.h.

Successfully installed tuple_formatter.h.

Successfully installed vfs.h.

Successfully installed vfs_async.h.

Successfully installed vfs_buffer.h.

Successfully installed vfs_buffered_file.h.

Successfully installed md5.h.

Leaving directory libaudcore.

Entering directory libaudgui.

Successfully installed libaudgui.so.

Successfully installed libaudgui.h.

Successfully installed libaudgui-gtk.h.

Successfully installed list.h.

Leaving directory libaudgui.

Entering directory libaudtag.

Successfully installed libaudtag.so.

Successfully installed audtag.h.

Leaving directory libaudtag.

Entering directory audacious.

make[2]: *** No rule to make target `../libeggsmclient/libeggsmclient.a', needed by `audacious'. Stop.

make[1]: *** [install] Error 1

make: *** [install] Error 1
The last three lines were manually typed, I'm sure I didn't miss anything but yeah!

In any case, I don't know what to do anymore. Any help would be greatly appreciated! :>

You can easily install audacious with a few clicks of the mouse in the Ubuntu Software Center. Or if you prefer the terminal:

Code:
sudo apt-get install audacious
If you need a newer version for whatever reason, google "audacious ppa" for an Ubuntu-specific software repository you can add to your software sources.
