Torrentflux... unable to delete torrents.

Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone can help me with this one. (I believe the torrentflux site has been down for 2 days at least.)

I am running torrentflux on my machine, just the normal default install with the mysql database. Set up 100% as per the readme.

This works fine and has been for months. I have come across a problem where I am unable to delete 1 torrent from my list. I click on delete and it asks for confirmation, I click yes and the logs and everything say deleted. But it's still in the list. I have manually removed the .torrent file and reloaded everything, still the same.

If I click on the torrent for more info, it says 'torrent not found'.

Has anyone had a similar problem, or does anyone know which file I need to manually edit to get rid of this entry?

Any help would be great.

Thanks alot,

Best Regs,
>Craig

I can't offer a solution, but I can tell you that I too am experiencing the exact problem you are describing. I'm not having much luck either, and I've also tried the same steps as you to remove it. Google isn't turning up much help yet, but it did point me to this thread and get me to register.

I fixed mine. It was a bit of a pain but there was a loop causing it.

I manually edited the mysql database and took out the entry to the torrent file. This fixed it, but when I refreshed the page, it came back again. So the way I finally got it to remove was by temporarily turning OFF the page refresh in torrentflux.

Then editing it out of the torrentflux mysql database, then removing the name_of_your_torrent.stat AND name_of_your_torrent.torrent file.

Once I did this it has been gone forever

Sorry I found this a couple of days ago and didn't have time to update this.

If you need a hand doing it let me know.

I had this problem too, but couldn't find any reference to the file in the torrentflux database.

I resolved it simply by deleting the name_of_torrent.pid,name_of_torrent.stat and name_of_torrent.torrent files from the .torrents directory in my download folder. (you may need to turn on viewing of hidden folders to see .torrents folder)

Anyway, so no need to edit the database or turn page refresh off.
