System tray extension for Thunderbird and Firefox

I believe that there's an extension for both Thunderbird and Firefox to have the window minimized to the system tray. I couldn't find the extension in the places I looked so I was wondering if anyone knows of one. Also, is there more than one extension that does the same thing?

I was wondering if anyone has a list of sites with extensions. Upon all the searching I've done I have yet to find a system tray extension. I know it exists though. I've seen it before.
