sylpheed email client, how to blank out the recipients fields

In Sylpheed, how do I blank out the recipients fields ie. TO:, CC: such that the receiver of the message is not able to see the email addresses of the other recipients that the email has been sent to.

Does this have to do with setting Sylpheed's Actions ?

Thanks,
Mike
