Ok my final question for today I promise.

I found this nice site that streams new music videos using realplayer, windows media player. I've installed the mplayer plugin and it shows in firefox that i have support to mpeg, mpga, avi, qt and wav file extensions but when I click a video i only get an mplayer banner with mplayer and the version written on it and a bar below showing the load progress, which is showing as finished, but the video does not play?

Do i need to install anything else to view streaming audio/ video in firefox?

try using xine instaed of mplayer.
In any cae I have found that both realplayer and xine starts laggin in audio and video after some time of palying i.e. the video will lag behind the audio
