strange "clicky" sound with midi

hi.
I supose this is not usual, and, unfortunatly I don't know how to search for it.
I hear, while I am playing with a MIDI keyboard, using JACK and QSyth, or QSynth solely, some kind of clicks behind the music, it will increase until it's completely impossible to understand the sound.
I though it could be the memory, but I have 1,5Gb and it is not full at all. I supose it may be some kind of buffer ... but not from the software because it happens when I'm using Fedora 11 (but fedora 10 did it also) although I can't hear it while I play over Musix (Debian based distro).

Do you know what can this be?

Thanks
