spamassasin/sendmail help

I noticed when I receive e-mails, I get the following error message:
Code:
Feb 17 16:52:58 [x] postfix/pipe[9980]: 3C68860A35: to=<[x]>, relay=spamassassin, delay=0.55, delays=0.33/0/0/0.22, dsn=5.3.0, status=bounced (Command died with status 1: "/usr/bin/spamc". Command output: sendmail: Cannot open mail:25 )
What does this mean, and how do I resolve it?

Plenty of results when googling for the error message.
