Slackware install: using cfdisk to create mount points

I tried to install Slackware 8 today; tried to use cfdisk. I created 3 partitions: swap (256MB), and two others, which are *SUPPOSED* to be /boot (15MB) and / (1000MB).

How can I select mount points with cfdisk? Like, how can I tell it that "This partition is /boot" or "This partition is /"; something like that. Thanks in advance!

If I remember right, the Setup program included with Slackware does this for you. Remember to change the type of the partitions to Linux and Linux Swap with cfdisk, though.

FallingFrog is correct. The setup program is where you set your mount points - all (c)fdisk does is create the partitions.

Thanks! I have determined that as I have installed Slack...with no X. I'll have to figure that out.
