Shut down computer via KDE using keyboard

How can I shut down my computer (SuSE Pro 9.2 - KDE 3.5.0) using the keyboard, not the mouse?
I can't get to the green circle on the task bar without using the mouse.
The arrow keys select icons on the desktop, not in the task bar.
The tab key doesn't seem to do anything.

CTRL-ALT-DEL, navigate to "Turn Off Computer" and press the enter key.

Yikes

Open a console, become root and

Code:
shutdown -h now
It used to be that if you pressed the Windows (cough cough) key on the keyboard the Kmenu would pop up. Unfortunately that behaviour has been taken out somewhere in KDE 3.4 or 3.5. There is a way to bring that back, I think it is posted somewhere here or in the KDE forum.

enable only ctrl+alt+del key

Hi Guys,

I am trying to enable ctrl + alt + del key combination and disable all other keys of the keyboard. I just want to restrict the user input from key board other than ctrl + alt + del.

How do I do this???.

Help me to sort out this problem .

Thanks in advance.
