Setting up POPTOP + Radius

I need help setting up PopTop with Radius so I can get it to work with IBSng.

I've loaded the plugin radius.so module in PopTop and have a clear "chaps-secret" file.

I'm not entirely certain on how I should go about setting up the radius server for proper communication between the two. Any help is great, and I appreciate it. I need to get this done ASAP so thank you for quick responses!

I am not familiar with how radius works exactly, but I should suspect Radius does not need to talk to the pptp server, because all Radius does is authenticate a user/password combo. PoPToP would handle the encyption tunnel and radius would just authenticate the user. i.e if a user doens't exist in the radius database then they get rejected and PoPTop fails to set up a tunnel because it is not a valid user, and on the other end if the user is accepted PoPToP just goes about setting up the tunnel. But I am not 100% sure.
