Question sendmail archiving incoming/outgoing problem

Hi,
I need some help from all of you.
I have a sendmail server. On this server I have multiple domains, let's say domain1.com, domain2.com, domain3.com.
The big question is the customer of domain2.com asked me to archive all incoming/outgoing mail to an address@domain2.com, evidently. Other customer asked me to archive all incoming/outgoing from his domain1.com to an address@domain1.com.
All I find is only to archive all e-mail from a sendmail to an address, but I have more domains, more customers and customer1 doesn't need to see e-mails from customer2.
Please help me.
Thanks a lot,
Carol

I think your question is not clear enough. Please work on it, maybe with little drawings like user1@domain1.com ==> file
so on...
