Search for -> Underrvolting tool for AMD Turion 64

I'm searching for graphical tool for undervolting my laptop cpu.
I have Turion ML34 and in dmesg it shows:

powernow-k8: Found 1 AMD Athlon 64 / Opteron processors (version 1.60.2)
powernow-k8: 0 : fid 0xa (1800 MHz), vid 0x4 (1450 mV)
powernow-k8: 1 : fid 0x8 (1600 MHz), vid 0x6 (1400 mV)
powernow-k8: 2 : fid 0x0 (800 MHz), vid 0x16 (1000 mV)

But the problem is that 800 mhz vid 0x16 isn't as low as I would like it to be, in Winblows with RMClock I can run 800 mhz with 925 mV. I would like to do same in linux but how?

Somebody who has programming skill should make KDE systray program for it

KDE wastes memory and cpu resources. You should be using a light-weight window manager like XFce4.
