Screen shots

how do you take screen shots in gnome? does the print screen button work i tried it and i got nothin.

If you just want a screenshot, you can use 'import' which is part of ImageMagick suite. Dunno how Gnome does it... Actually, isn't there a screenshot option on the 'actions' menu or whatever that little menu by the main one is?
