running Ubuntu and Windows on one disk

Hello guys!

i like to run Ubuntu together with Windows on one RAID. corresponding to FakeRaidHowto i have to use the NVRaid which is provided by my mainboard. i created a stripe array in the BIOS using ONLY the first or two HDs and installed Ubuntu. i want to add the other disks later on. but when say:

> sudo dmraid -ay

i get

RAID set "nvidia_cecjadad" was not activated

whats wrong?
