remot printer problem


I have a HP4200 N printer and when I install printers throw TCP/IP users see a lot of printer in their printer list for example if I had 20 users, users see 30 printer name in their list.
And some times their printer get disables.

Are the user machines setup to share printers. Then I am guessing they are rebroadcasting the share as there own. If using samba for this then go into each users machine and disable the share printer section. Restart smb. Only thoughts from the info provided.
