Reliable/Resumable File Transfer

Does anyone know of a good program that allows resumable file transfers over network? I have found a few that work with windows, but nothing on the linux side.

Thanks,
Connor

Do you want something stand-alone, or something to integrate into your browser (if so, which one?).

Do you want to only consider GUI options, or are you happy on the command line too?

gFTP is a good GUI ftp program which allows resumes.

wget is a good CLI ftp program which allows resumes. See:
