The system to which I tried to connect has BOSS LINUX installed. I permitted others to view your desktop,control your desktop buttons in Remote Desktop Preference
rdesktop is an rdp client, and last time i checked there were no rdp servers for unix at all, only Microsoft Terminal Services. maybe you want a vnc client?
