Have you turned on remote desktop sharing?

"My Computer" Right click on properties
Select Remote
Check "Allow users to remotely connect to this computer"
Make sure your user is allowed in "Select Remote Users"
Also make sure your windows firewall in SP2 is allowing remote desktop

Not sure if administrator will work, you best bet is to give you admin a username and password and connect using it

Hope it helps,
