qmail wont send email to addresses not in my domain

Hello everyone,
I'm hoping someone can help with this problem.

When I try to send an email outside my domain I receive the "error 553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)". I am using qmail as my email server. rcpthosts file is as follows

my tcp.smtp file is as follows

I have "My outgoing (smtp) server requires authentication" checked in my email client and have the username with the appropriate password. I have also tried setting the username to me.

I have done a GOOGLE search with the error and have tried everything I can find to fix it.

Any suggestions???
