problem updating up2date

Hi
I'm getting the following when trying to install new up2date package on redhat 9.
Can anyone tell me how to resolve this?
I'm very very much a newbie.

# rpm -Uvh up2date-3.1.23.2-1.i386.rpm
error: Failed dependencies:
up2date = 3.1.23.1 is needed by (installed) up2date-gnome-3.1.23.1-5

You need to install both packages together: ie. rpm -Uvh <package1> <package2> (make sure it's one continuous command)
