Problem updating the database of clamav in centos 6

I installed clamav on centos 6 by going thru this site http://www.md3v.com/install-clamav-on-centos-6-0 but when i was updatign the databse by runnign freshclam it gave me the following error/issue:

The version of clam in the repos is almost always an old version

install clam from the current on the clamAV web site
the source code
http://www.clamav.net/lang/en/download/sources/

i have never had any issues building the source

but
the above warning is just that a warning about the scanner
the database IS up to date
