problem running stormpkg as normal user


whenever i try to run stormpkg as a normal user i eitherpen it from the program menu and get no response at all OR i type stormpkg at the shell and get the response:

debian:/home/darrin# stormpkg

Gdk-WARNING **: locale not supported by C library
Xlib: connection to ":0.0" refused by server
Xlib: Client is not authorized to connect to Server

Gtk-WARNING **: cannot open display: :0.0


what does that mean???
