Problem in starting 'wmtz' started

Hi all folks,

Debian - unstable
===========

I just have 'wmtz' installed but could not start it

$ whereis wmtz
wmtz: /usr/bin/wmtz /usr/share/man/man1/wmtz.1.gz

As USER
$ /usr/bin/wmtz
wmtz: Unable to open /home/satimis/.wmtzrc: No such file or directory
Using /etc/wmtzrc as config file.

As ROOT
# /usr/bin/wmtz
/usr/bin/wmtz: can't open display

Kindly advise how to get the problem fixed.

TIA

B.R.
