perl not working

I am trying to run a perl script and this is what I get

Can't locate LWP/UserAgent.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/perl/5.8.8 /usr/local/share/perl/5.8.8 /usr/lib/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/perl/5.8 /usr/share/perl/5.8 /usr/local/lib/site_perl .) at 1013.pl line 9.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at 1013.pl line 9.

how can I install whatever it is I am missing?

As root:
cpan -i LWP::UserAgent

If you haven't run CPAN before, or your distro doesn't configure
it for you you may find that you have to answer a lot of questions
for an initial setup. :}

Btw, that tool interfaces with http://www.cpan.org (or one of
its mirrors - depending on your choices).
