Question No webcam on gaim-vv, help.

Hi all. I installed gaim-vv from a .package file, previously I had installed libj2k from source, and gst-jpep2000 from a .package file. The problem is that when I'm using msn I right click on my friends, but I don't see any webcam action. I tried checking the plugins section of the preferences but didn't find any webcam or libj2k plugin to be enabled. Does anyone know what might be happening and how to solve it??
Thanks in advance.
