no audio with dvdstyler

For some reason when I make an iso with dvdstyler, it doesn't keep the sound with the files. I made dvd compatible mpg files with the tovid suite and they have sound there, but it's menu creation is not as good as dvdstyler. I haven't actucaly burned the iso yet only watch it in mplayer. Also when I don't have it delete the temp files, it have the video files in Video_ts and nothing in audio_ts. So I don't think it's even making the audio part of the movie. Anyone know what could be causing this?
