need sendmail to forward to ISPs SMTP
Most unfortunately, my ISP has recently start blocking all outgoing connections on port 25 (except to thier smtp servers) to fight Spam, but in the process they screwed up my e-mail. The 3-4 machines on my internal network were all using the sendmail installation on my linux server to send mail... since everything is already configured (and I like using Pine) is there any way to simply have sendmail pass all the mail it receives to my ISP's SMTP?
I tried adding a smart relay host to sendmail.cf:
# "# "Smart" relay host (may be null)
followed by restarting sendmail, but that didn't work. (I don't know where this mail is going... no error messages are in /var/log/messages either)
I've been unable to find any other solutions through googling, so you're my last hope!
