MySQL root login problem
Hi all.
I was trying to set my root account for MySQL to allow connections from any ip. (temporarily) so that I could work on the server from my workstation using MySQL administrator. Now i can't even pass commands from the CLI as when logged in as root over ssh. I have unistalled and reinstalled MySQL and this is still the same.
It's a fresh setup so i don't mind losing all databases. Is there any way to "wipe the slate" clean?
