mutt - remove myself from cc

I am using mutt with 2 identities - 2 email addresses.
The primary 'from' is set like this:
set from="myname1 <myemail1>"

I also change the from address based on the recipient of the email using send hook like this:
send-hook '~t @domain\.' "my_hdr From: myname2 <myemail2>"

Works fine so far.

However when replying to an email from myemail2, my address is automatically listed in CC, whereas when using myemail1, it is removed. I have observed this is done based on the 'set from' thing, so whatever I put in there is removed from CC when replying.

Is there a way to not put myemail2 into CC when replying from myemail2?

Thanks
m
