Now, I'm no newbie to compiling software, and I need to have it compiled so I can have support for the more obscure video codecs out there (that and I'd like to solve the problem rather than avoid it
). I've compiled and installed mplayer severals times, but this is an older computer, and it doesn't seem to be working out for me. Configure goes off without a hitch, and make seems to be going great until I run into this:
