Making RPMs from tar.gz
I would like to know whether their is any easy way to generate a SPEC file for a given source arcieve so that I can easily build an rpm from a simple source download.
I'm tring to use RPMS on my server as much as possible so that I can easily remove a piece of software with a simple `rpm -e`. To my knowledge, there is no such easy/clean way to do an uninstall from a source make install.
Please advise me better
