Anyone have any suggestions:

RedHat 7.0 (sort-off, have new kernel installed)

I recently upgraded sendmail to: 8.12.10 (build from source)

Previously was using sendmail 8.11.6 (installed from rpm)

Majordomo: 1.94.5

Now I'm getting the following error:

not replying to MAILER-DAEMON to avoid mail loop

when I try to use a list that worked perfectly fine before I upgraded sendmail.

I have googled my arse off; I have rebuilt sendmail and smrsh with a bunch of different options and still can't figure it out. I have run the majordomo test and it reports the majordomo.cf looks good.

Anybody have any suggestions or places I can look?

Just to follow up...

The new version of Sendmail is rather strict with security. I had to remove write permissions for Group for directories inside of the Majordomo directory. That was the trick.
