Question mail server attachment problem


hi..
i am using the postfix as mt mta and i need to block
sending attachments from my domain also i need to get
the log whenever someone is trying to send
attachments... i have tried a lot with the MIME
option..but could not get enough resources to
configure it..can anyone help me out inorder to get it
done????
Also plz tel me if it is possible to allow some
specific users to send attachments and others
cannot???
