we are an Not for profit organization, we have a lot of Assets, i.e Computers, printers, Networking Equipment, Mobile Stations etc.

we need to have a Register for all these assets by Location, Individual using them or by Type of Asset, Yearly we are required to produce Reports on what assets we have so that Donors know what we need and how we are currently using funds

i am looking for an Open-Source Software that i can use to Store this information which can be accessed by a lot of people from different departments.
If the Software is ABLE print reports for us that would be great. we have Computer Assets close to 1000 and mobile devices close to 2000 for field workers,

Here is one possibility but your organisation may be too big for the free edition and you would have to purchase the Premium edition. Have a look and see if it suits you.
