Looking for clone of Frontapage for Linux


I used Frontpage for publish my web site (make and publish web site) on Windows XP.

I am looking for the same software for Linux RedHat9.
The main things I would like to have are :
- Create web page, with links etc etc
- Publish my web site (option of simply copy the difference betwen local web site and real web site)

I Know that I can use a FTP client but and don t create web page

Thank for your help and my poor english langage (French user)

I use GNOME and not KDE.
Is it possible to install this software on GNOME RedHat 9
