most "drivers" in linux are already in the kernel, there is no drivers site like in windoze (thanx god, I hate all these damn pay-and-you-will-get-your-driver site for windoze). Google is usually the way to find out what to use to make an hardware to work in linux...
About printers, you probably want to visit linuxprinting.org, if they don't have a driver, it is very unlikely that you will find one
