Hi All, this is my first post here!

I have a small problem with my linux box, a peice of new software we have requires it to authenticate using the full email address as the username, which doesnt currently work on our mandrake linux box.

Its an old version of mandrake but i was wondering if there was something i could do so it would allow me to login with username@domain.com instead of just username

Any help would be excellent.

please explain wich "PIECE" of software
Wich client do u use or do you mean a server ?

Basically we just need to be able to login to postfix with the full email address. eg:

quidy@domain.com

at the moment this wont login, i'd just have to use quidy
