You'll need to give us the exact details of the server. It may simply be that your disk/RAID controller isn't supported.

i had a simaler problem on an HP proliant server. when the machine boots from the install cd if i recall correctly (working from memory) there is a way to specify aditional drivers. information on how to specify extra drivers or special commands should be available either on the cd in a readme file or when the machine boots from cd in the help menu.

hello again.

The disk controller is a Netraid-1Si. When doing an expert install and adding SCSI drivers it doesn't find this version. Any ideas where i can download it from?

Cheers

if this came with your HP system i would imagine there will be a driver for it on the cd's it shipped with or on their site.
