In KDE 3.2, go to the control center, click on Internet and network, then go to Web Browser, then select "history sidebar". There is a button at the bottom that says "Clear history". I'm not sure how to do it in any older version of KDE, as I'm not running anything but 3.2 right now.

Unfortunately, I have version 3.0.5 where if you go to the control center, you get the same options as if you go to Settings from Konqueror itself (it's actually just another link to it via the Control center), and once there I can find nothing related to history...
Try .kde/share/apps/konqueror/konq_history in your home dir. That's where I found it on my system. I don't know if this is consistent across versions, but on my system, it's not a plain text file, so I had to use a hex editor to actually view the contents. If you just want to clear the history, you can delete. Konqeror will create a new file the next time you use it.

I just did it, I erased the complete file...but if I go to my location bar, I still see everything!?!?!! I tried looking around the dir, but everything under konqueror I've emptied it out, and still....
Try right clicking on location bar. Pop up has Clear History at bottom. You have to close Conq to remove same (for immediate gratification). Or next time you start history will be gone.
