kinstaller does not install

I have a fresh fc3 installation. now,i downloaded kinstaller and i cant configure it.
-------------------------------------------------------------------

checking if C++ programs can be compiled... no
configure: error: Your Installation isn't able to compile simple C++ programs.
Check config.log for details - if you're using a Linux distribution you might miss
a package named similar to libstdc++-dev.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

it gives me the above error.
Why is this happening?
what should i do?

It means you are missing packaes needed to compile the package. It says you are missing libstdc++ devel packages. Install them and then try building your app again.

just open up the add-remove applications option from the menu and select the development packages required

as mentioned above u will require g++ and gcc apart from the libstdc++-dev package mentioned in ur log

Please look into the details.
compat-gcc-8
compat-gcc-c++-8
gcc-3.4.2

After all this, i think i dont need a g++ to run c++ program.
