kernel panic - not syncing : fatal exception


Dear sir/Madam,
i'm using pentium 4 and it's configuration is Model: AWRDACPI(INTELR),
Processor:Pentium 4 2390MHz (L1 cache: 0 bytes, L2 cache: 1.00 Mb),
BIOS:Phoenix - AwardBIOS v6.00PG (10-Nov-2010),
MotherBoard:Intel Grantsdale-6A79DGBWC-00,

An error occurs when I tried to to install new OS which
is RHEL 5.2. When the boot screen appears, after I hit <ENTER> this error comes next :

I tried both way text or graphical but it came same and What should be the possible solution for this?

Amit,

Check your copy of installer ISO. Download an ISO and recheck it using the hash given to certify if your downloaded iso has no error. An md5 hash looks like this for example: 26f7521d1c9b8f67760aea5079279a5e for the slackware-14.0-install-d1.iso
The error you reported is not easy to debug unless a kernel master visits your situation and we hope at least one will come. Meantime be sure first of your installer CD/DVD.
