KDE 3.2 - How to get the Move to & Copy to Context Menus?

Ok, when I used KDE 3.2 with Slackware 9.1, my context menu for any file had move to and copy to options... I lived by this!!

I just installed KDE 3.2 for Debian 3.0r2, and those menus aren't there!! How can I get them back!!

Also... another quick question...

How can I be sure that all of KDE's components are installed?? I ran dselect and everything KDE 3.2 related is selected for install... but there's certain panels missing from Control Center and stuff... and at one point there was a config panel for WIreless Networking but that's gone now too.

Any info would rock!!
