java plugin install
I've been trying to install the java plugin for my Mozilla 1.2.1 browser. I've unpackaged the rpm.bin. When i type the rpm -iv jdk-1.3.1_09.i586.rpm command as root it drops down a line then does nothing. I've tried a couple times with different versions. Any suggestions would help. Let me know if you need more information
Thanks,
Sam

Try using rpm -ivh
Thats the whole JAVA environment though, not JUST the plugin.
For instructions on installing the plugin, please search the forum, I (and some others) answered this a week ago.
