Import Mail from /var/spool/mail (sendmail) to a MailDir Format in Postfix

Good Day

I was running a sendmail server for a single domain example1.com,I then stopped using sendmail and started to use Postfix. I set up mutiple domains (example1.com & example2.com) and virtual users for both domains. The problem I have is the users from example1.com who had mail in the /var/spool/mail/user file now need that mail (almost 42MB),i need to put it into the /var/spool/vmail/example2.com/user directory.
Does anybody have an Idea on how to do this? and in what format, and do I need to run some sort of script to convert it etc

Regards

Shawn
