Implications of setting K3B to use 103 character joliet filenames?

I don't like cropping file names, because leaves problems identifiying things. There is option in K3B to allow 103 instead of 31 character file names, but this setting is not default. What possible problems could arrise from this choice?

I have not seen any myself, but any OS which does not support the joliet-long filenames will have problems. Any modern supported OS will be OK, Windows 95/98 does not support joliet filenames over 64 characters (by default) for example.

I burned a couple of DVDs that way, and WinXP didn't see the names correctly though it would start the files.
