IMAP Email client / Newsgroup reader for Console mode
I'm trying to use my old laptop with linux (Slackware) in text mode. I've found some nice applications, like linx / lynx to surf the net, and mc to manage files. But I haven't found a choice for Email client and Newsgroup reading.
Any suggestions? In Windows I'm using Eudora and Free Agent. I'd like to use applications with the same characteristics, excluding the graphical environment of course.
Mutt is fine and can be compiled with the ability to access POP3 and IMAP boxes. Don't know if Slackware has this by default.
Grep for the tin news reader, should be your choice
