I think I borked xmms

Installed fc 2, wanted to play mp3s. So I downloaded xmms-1.2.10-2.2.p.1.fc2.fr.i386.rpm, and did a rpm -Uvh. Problem is, I was running the xmms that came with fc2 when I did this. So then after it finished, I tried to rpm -Uvh again, and it said the package was already installed. So I tried to add an mp3 to the playlist, and it wouldn't show up. I tried to load an existing playlist, and it only scrolled through the song titles as if they didn't exist. So then I tried to uninstall the rpm, but it said it wasn't installed:

[root//arsenal /home/paper] rpm -ev xmms-1.2.10-2.2.p.1.fc2.fr.i386.rpm
error: package xmms-1.2.10-2.2.p.1.fc2.fr.i386.rpm is not installed
[root//arsenal /home/paper] rpm -ivh xmms-1.2.10-2.2.p.1.fc2.fr.i386.rpm
warning: xmms-1.2.10-2.2.p.1.fc2.fr.i386.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID e42d547b
Preparing... ########################################### [100%]
package xmms-1.2.10-2.2.p.1.fc2.fr is already installed

???

So now xmms doesn't play mp3s, I can't uninstall it, and I'm out of ideas. Anyone?

Now, I haven't used Redhat/Fedora in a while, but I do know that you do not remove packages with their filename. Try `rpm -e xmms`. If that doesn't work, examine the output of `rpm -qa | grep xmms`.
