how to uninstall software ??


hi i finaly instal pangociaro but !!! a other probleme ..... there i is


checking for GLIB - version >= 2.5.7...
*** 'pkg-config --modversion glib-2.0' returned 2.18.1, but GLIB (2.10.3)
*** was found! If pkg-config was correct, then it is best
*** to remove the old version of GLib. You may also be able to fix the error
*** by modifying your LD_LIBRARY_PATH enviroment variable, or by editing
*** /etc/ld.so.conf. Make sure you have run ldconfig if that is

*** If pkg-config was wrong, set the environment variable PKG_CONFIG_PATH
*** to point to the correct configuration files

so my question is how do i fix it plz help me i dont think iam gonna be able to fix it my myself like in my other post iam new whit linux i install it yesterday so ....... and its hard to get a software when you run under power pc ....

And you dive straight into compiling software!! What app are you trying to install? Is it not available in your package manager? Is there no .rpm of that app available? What distro are you running?

ubuntu 6.6 under a power pc ( iBook G3 ) pc spec 500 mhz 256 ram 8 meg video card i am trying to install atk-1.24.0 and swfdec 0.8.0 to be able to watch flash player

Wow .... i think you should read my setup .... POWER PC there only open source flash player that work whit POWER PC i am not a newbie ... well so i think you think iam stupid and i dont have try that sypnatik pakage .... i only need help to fix that probleme so i need some 1 to help me whit that probleme plz o i forget i dont think you can help me ..... i sed i use ubuntu and you say ( THERE IS NO ( .RPM ) avalible lol .... sorry but ....

Well in this case it seems to be the same for 8.04 as it was for 6.06, but it's not necessarily. If you get stuck, you should look here first:

finaly good help but sorry i never found that on snypnatik by the way ... sorry ... some time iam like idiot ... but not a newbie ... cuz my life turn around computer but if you can send me a good link to downlaod it i will be so happy
